1 XEN Web Portal Instructions Hi Everyone! Please use this document for help on accessing the new BearCom Xen Web Portal This document contains instructions for users of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome as well as Safari for our Mac users. Please scroll thru the document to find the instructions appropriate for your browser. Thank you again for your support during this process, and as always Happy Computing! Select Install on the following screen. (Please note that it is possible that the install popup might be behind your other open screens so if you do not see it, please minimize your open windows until you see it.) 10) Select Download Now as seen below.

7 XEN Web Portal Instructions for Internet Explorer 13) Click I accept the license agreement and then Next 14) DO NOT SELECT Enable Single Sign-on. Click the Next button.

(If you do not see the following screen or are prompted to install Citrix Receiver, please refer to the end of this document for Citrix Receiver install instructions.)
