6 Feet Management Software The info you need to manage your feet where you need it, when you need it When you downoad the data from CarChip Feet Pro and DriveRight 600E, you have a the information you need to provide feedback to your drivers, make decisions about performance and report back to top management. Our Feet Management Software ets you track and/or compare drivers and vehices in summary or detai form for your entire feet or just seected groups. You can aso use the software to: Set vehice or driver IDs for CarChip Feet Pro data oggers and DriveRight 600E onboard consoes. Set the unit of measure for speed and distance (mies or kiometers) and the format for time and date (U.S. or internationa). Set mutipe eves of corporate structure for reporting purposes. Set onboard safety aarms for speed, acceeration and hard braking. View security reports showing unsuccessfu og in or security code attempts and the times and dates the units were disconnected. Seect engine monitoring parameters and ogging intervas and reset the check engine ight in vehices with CarChip Feet Pro. Use a SmartCard or set aarms to remind drivers using DriveRight 600E to og in manuay before each trip. See the routes your drivers took, the speeds they drove and the ocation of any accidents or nearaccidents when using the optiona GPS system with Googe Earth or other third-party mapping software. You choose the factors you want to incude in the safety score and how much to weigh each. Choose a detaied or summary report. Seect starting and ending dates. Sort by current score, cumuative score or driver name. Compare current and cumuative safety scores to see how drivers are doing over time. Weigh each factor appropriatey by changing the safety score formua as needed. Group drivers in coor bands by high, medium and ow safety scores. Downoading driver or vehice data is easy and efficient with Davis wireess onboard modue. No buttons to push or compex instructions to foow your drivers simpy return to the feet s home base and the data from each DriveRight 600E or CarChip Feet Pro is transmitted to the base station. The base station passes the information to the Feet Management Software on your office computer for you to view. Transmission distance is maximum 600' (183 m) ine of sight. Wireess Onboard Modue Transmits the data coected by a DriveRight 600E or CarChip Feet Pro to a Wireess Base Station. You need one per vehice. Before instaation, compete a few simpe steps using our Configuration Cabe and Feet Management Software. Used with the DriveRight 600E, Davis SmartCard system offers you an economica way to set driver safety imits and ensure your vehices are driven by authorized personne. Drivers simpy insert their cards into the onboard reader at the start of their shifts. The data is automaticay downoaded upon their return with the easy press of a button. Use the Desktop Reader and our Feet Management Software to program an administrative SmartCard with driver IDs, authorized vehices and your company s driver safety imits for speed, acceeration and deceeration. Use the Onboard Readers to quicky and easiy transfer the information from the administrative SmartCard to the DriveRight 600E onboard consoes, right in the parking ot. No need to bring the consoes into the office! Issue a personaized SmartCard to each driver. At the end of the day, the driver just presses a button to transfer data to the SmartCard and it s ready to be turned into the office.
