1 WEBSITE ACCOUNT USER GUIDE SECURITY, PASSWORD & CONTACTS Password Reset Process Navigate to the og in screen Seect the Forgot Password ink You wi be asked to enter the emai address you registered with You wi then be emaied a ink to reset your password o This reset must be done within 24 hours before the ink expires

2 OR Get in touch with your oca Saes and Marketing staff via phone or emai and ask them to reset your password You wi then be emaied a ink to reset your password

3 Website Account Lock/Unock When ogging into the website you wi be shown a warning when you have incorrecty entered your password If you incorrecty enter your password more than 6 times you wi be ocked out and wi be unabe to og in and downoad At this point you wi have 2 options to unock your account o Seect the Forgot Password ink in the og in pop-up and foow the reset password process o Get in touch with your oca office via phone or emai and request that your account is unocked and your password reset if necessary If you ony request to have your account unocked you wi be abe to og in using your existing password If you request a new password an automated emai wi be sent to you with a ink to reset your password and og in to the site

4 Editing My Account Detais Log in to website Navigate to the My Account Detais tab From here you wi be abe to edit various detais attached to your profie, however you wi not be abe to edit your address information from this screen o This is due to your account being vaidated against a company which may have mutipe peope assigned to it in our centra database o If you woud ike to make any amendments to these address detais pease emai or phone your oca Saes and Marketing team to et them know the changes you woud ike to make This page is where you wi aso be abe to change your password at any time

5 Registering for Mutipe Accounts If you work for mutipe different companies, previousy you had to have one account for each position. Now you wi be abe to add another company for any additiona paces of work to your origina account by contacting your oca Saes and Marketing team who wi be abe to do this for you You do not have to create separate website accounts, og in s, passwords etc. for each company you work for When the additiona company has been added to your profie the next time you og in you wi simpy be asked to seect from a drop down ist which company you wi be using the website to search and downoad music for These profies wi share a your saved projects etc. however they wi have different downoad access and abiities appicabe to each registered company Note on Pre-Existing Passwords A existing passwords wi remain vaid and you wi not have to reset these to adhere to the new password guideines Any new passwords created or requested however wi have to adhere to the foowing new restrictions; o Be between 7-20 characters o Contain at east 2 of the foowing ; upper case, ower case, specia & numeric characters o Not be exacty the same as your previous 3 passwords

6 Note on Spam Fiters and Security Settings Bocking Auto-Generated Emais If you are experiencing issues receiving emais from us throughout the registration and password reset processes etc. this coud be due to spam fiters and/or security settings not aowing our emais to reach you In order to minimize this pease contact your desktop support team or ensure you update your emai settings to aow the foowing; Aow emais from the foowing domain names; o umusic.com o unippm.com o uppm.com Aow emais from IP address New User Registration Process Navigate to your oca home page Seect Create Account from the tabs at top of page

7 Compete the web registration form and submit You wi then receive an emai to verify your emai detais and wi ask you to foow a ink to our website to og in and set your password If you experience difficuty receiving any auto-generated emais pease refer to the note within this document regarding spam fiters and security settings

8 When the ink has opened the page wi ask you to set a password for your account o The password must be between 7-20 characters o Have at east 2 types of the foowing characters within it: upper case, ower case, specia characters & numeric When you have created and verified this new password on the website you wi be automaticay ogged into your account Your account detais wi then be verified by a member of the Saes and Marketing staff and if appicabe you wi be given downoad rights to the website Once your account has been verified you wi receive an emai etting you know you wi now be abe to downoad from our website and if you are currenty ogged in to the website pease og out and in again in order for these changes to take affect
