Speaker: Tim Bassett, Talmer Bank and Trust Covered Call Writing to Enhance Income from Equity Portfolios and Concentrated Stock Positions Attendees will learn: 1) Options basics, including general Options language and the definition of covered calls and important, related concepts; 2) How covered call writing can significantly increase the income provided by equity portfolios; and 3) How risk-controlled covered call writing on concentrated stock positions can be managed so that a) the stock position is retained (not called away ) or b) targeted assignments are permitted thereby facilitating diversification of the concentrated position over a predetermined period and at specific price targets.
