23 5. General Conclusion Technical it is possible (also with hennery) to build and run a bioreactor in Kaliningrad Without subsidies biogas isn t competitive in comparison to fossile energies. It is important for Russia to invest in biogas NOW to be prepared for the future, when fossile fuels come to an end.
