Cnnecting with Peple prvide evidence-based training in suicide and selfharm mitigatin and emtinal resilience. The training includes a number f clinical tls that prvide a rbust framewrk fr identifying and managing suicide risk, cntributing twards excellent clinical gvernance. The Cnnecting with Peple Clinical Tls have been develped in cllabratin with the leading practitiners and academics in the UK and have been subject t a thrugh peer-review prcess. The business has develped frm delivering bespke training sessins t healthcare prfessinals. It is nw a fully scalable business. We are in a psitin t be able t increase ur delivery substantially. There is cnsiderable interest in ur prducts frm acrss the UK as well as grwing internatinal interest. We are lking fr a Business Develpment Assciate t help us t grw the business. Cnnecting with Peple has a range f 2 hur mdules designed specifically fr healthcare practitiners. The training can be delivered n site, reducing impact n staff time and travel requirements. As well as the standard delivery f training prgrammes, a number f sustainable mdels f delivery have been develped t create maximum reach f the training and these are very ppular. Open Minds Alliance CIC has an asset lck, which means that any surplus is re-invested in the Cmmunity f Interest. The rganisatin is subject t the rules f the Cmmunity Interest Cmpanies Regulatr. In the UK, the Cnnecting with Peple Training nw frms part f the Ryal Cllege f Psychiatrists (RCPsych) educatin prgramme, is a key mdule n the Ryal Cllege f General Practitiners (RCGP) Diplma in Mental Health (shrtlisted fr an HSJ award) als frms part f the 2012 BMJ Masterclass Series and is endrsed by the Cllege f Emergency Medicine. It is cited in the British RCPsych Cllege Reprt n self-harm and suicide and has secured the supprt f the RCGP/RCPsych Primary Care Mental Health Frum and RCGP Remte and Rural Frum. Cnnecting with Peple has already been cmmissined by NHS Trusts and Health Bards thrughut England, Sctland and Wales. Resurces and ther supprt fr the training include: a licensed trainer peert-peer supprt netwrk; a series f patient leaflets; evidenced based and peer-reviewed clinical tls and a supprt service fr accredited trainers prvided by experienced healthcare practitiners and trainers. Cnnecting with Peple als prvides wrkplace mental health training and nline health and wellbeing assessment fr staff and line managers in rganisatins. The wrkplace prgrammes have resulted in a significant reductin in sickness absence and increase in prductivity in large multinatinal rganisatins. 2. Jb Descriptin Jb Title: Business Develpment Assciate Reprts t: Directr - Operatins and Marketing Summary: This rle is a sales and business develpment rle. Successful perfrmance will be measured by new business secured fr the rganisatin. Rle and respnsibilities The Business Develpment Assciate (BDA) will: Wrk as part f main team, prviding supprt t Directrs n their sales activities and wrking alngside the prgramme manager t ensure smth prgramme set-up and delivery. The rle als requires wrking n wn initiative. Generate new business cntacts and leads thrugh: representing Cnnecting with Peple at meetings, attending cnferences, thrugh direct mail, custmer surveys, scial media, wn cntacts, designing and instigating marketing campaigns and fllwing up n general enquiries and cntacts made by ther members f the team.

Attend regular sales meetings t share prgress and develp strategies fr develping leads with ther members f the sales team including supprt staff. Recrd all infrmatin n in-huse Custmer Relatinship Management (CRM) system. Manage ptential new client relatinships. This will invlve telephne and email exchanges but als visiting clients in persn t ascertain their needs mre accurately, help the client vercme any barriers in reaching their stated bjectives and t build gd wrking relatinships. Ensure their assigned pprtunities prgress alng every stage f the sales pipeline (recrded n the CRM system). Write prpsals and price qutes and adhere t quality cntrl prcedures. Ensure excellent custmer service at all times. Cntribute t marketing strategy and marketing campaigns Lead n a Scial Media strategy fr the business and establish and maintain Facebk and ther 3. Terms and cnditins This rle will invlve travel acrss the UK and ccasinally t internatinal lcatins. Travel using public transprt wuld be encuraged in keeping with ur envirnmental strategy hwever fr remte r less accessible lcatins it wuld be necessary t have access t a car and t have a valid driving licence. The main place f wrk is ur ffice in Cnwy, Nrth Wales where the Business Develpment Assciate wuld be required t attend regular meetings. It is nt easily accessible by public transprt and expenses t travel t the ffice will nt be paid. It is envisaged that a mixture f hme wrking and UK wide travel will be agreed. Expenses frm hme t appintments will be reimbursed. A gd basic salary plus sales cmmissin will be agreed accrding t experience and wages will be paid at the end f every mnth in arrears. This pst will be subject t a prbatinary perid f 3 mnths. 4. Diversity
