Amendments The written prvisins cntained in this Agreement cnstitute the sle and entire Agreement made between the Authr and the Institutin cncerning this Wrk, and any amendments t this Agreement shall nt be valid unless made in writing and signed by bth parties. 8. Cnstructin, Binding Effect, and Assignment This Agreement shall be cnstrued and interpreted accrding t the laws f the State f Tennessee and shall be binding upn the parties heret, their heirs, successrs, assigns, and persnal representatives; and references t the Authr and t the Institutin shall include their heirs, successrs, assigns, and persnal representatives.
