If yu are currently a member f the Club, r if yu wuld like t be a member f the club, yu may elect t cnvert t the new HOA Club Membership Plan that will allw yu t pay yur dues t the club with yur HOA dues. This prgram will reduce the Pl/ Scial/ Tennis membership t $45/mnth which is a savings f $180/year. (The Full Membership ptin, which includes the gym, is available thrugh a separate upgrade directly with the club fr an additinal $25 per mnth.) This is nt a required prgram; yu may maintain yur current membership at the current rate. T d s requires n actin frm yu. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What are the specificatins f the HOA Club Membership Plan? Rather than paying $33.33/ mnth t the HOA and paying the club separately, yu will pay $78.33 t the HOA (2013 rates). This includes $33.33 that ges t the HOA tward the HOA budget and $45 per mnth that will be prvided t the club tward yur membership fees. Yu ll nte this is a reductin in fees. The reductin is given in exchange fr the fact that this wuld be a permanent membership. Nte that signing up fr this plan permanently amends the cvenants that gvern yur lt. In ther wrds, yu are signing up fr nging mnthly Club membership, as well as bligating future wners f yur lt t d the same. Because mst ptential buyers assume the Club will be included, this may assist yu with selling yur hme mre readily when the time cmes. Alternately, yu may cme t the Club n June 1 between 10 AM and nn and a ntary will be n site t assist yu. Ensure yu bring pht ID t shw the ntary. The Club will then have the amendment recrded at the Durham Cunty curthuse and yu will be fficially a member as f July 1, There is a $40.00 fee t cver the legal recrding fees.
