The taste ranges from sweet and fruity to brown sugar, rounded off with oak dryness and a touch of caramel. Lambic beers undergo spontaneous fermentation with matured wild yeast and are aged in oak barrels, very similar to wine. Devil or Duvel in Antwerp province dialect Innocent and be gulling at first, with a soft, light palate. A style unto itself. Alc/vol 8.4% 330ml - AED 58 Barbar Born of the ancestral know how of a family brewery, Barbar [BARbar] beer will please you with out its malt taste and subtle flavor of honey. It is brewed using water drawn from artesian wells on the site of the brewery, at Quenast, a small village to the south of Brussels. This area is well-known for the quality and the diversity of its beer. Alc/vol 8% 330ml- AED 50 Kasteel Bier Triple An exceptional blend of malts and quality hopes, an elegant nose and a particularly smooth flavor. A golden craft beer which is top-fermented in the bottle. Alc/vol 11.0% 330ml- AED 65 Chimay Red This top fermented rapist beer made by monks in the Abbey of Chimay, is refermented in bottle and topped with a creamy head, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Alc/vol 7% 330ml- AED 55 Delirium Tremens Sip Delirium Tremens slowly to reveal the depth of its taste bouquet- bitter at first, then delightfully peppery, lending an air of irreverence to a body and aroma that are at once malty and robust. Alc/vol 8.5% 330ml- AED 75 Floris Framboise The wonderful raspberry aroma perfectly counterbalances the wheat beer with its coriander and orange zest notes. Sweet raspberry mouth feel with the expected long-lasting raspberry effect in the aftertaste this is a very enjoyable raspberry beer with an excellent sweet-sour balance. Alc/vol 3.6% 330ml- AED 55 Bourgogne des Flandres Blonde Dark alter ego reflects a great deal of peppery character. The blonde variant produces a richly bitter cachet in the mouth from the slip. Which quickly develop across the entire palate. Its marked bitterness slightly masks the reality of its alcohol content. Alc/vol 5% 330ml- AED 75

Beer - Bier Fruli A high quality Belgian fruit beer, produced at a craft brewery near Ghent, Belgian.it is a unique blend of white beer and strawberry juice. as opposed to alembic based fruli beer. Fruli is a white beer consisting of 70%white beer/30% strawberry beer. Alc/vol 4.1% 330ml- AED 58 De Koninck De Koninck pours amber in color, with a small tan head and nice lacing. Smells of fruit, malts, and hints of citrus. A quality malt with fruity citrus taste. Excellent mouth feel and drinkability Good session beer, nice flavors, for the price. Alc/vol 5% 330ml- AED 45 Floris Passion Floris Passion is a top fermentation beer with an alcohol content of 3.6%. Dark yellow colour. Warm, rich beer with a perfect harmony between aroma and taste. Alc/vol 3.6% 330ml- AED 55 Mc Chouffe The Mc Chouffe is an unfiltered dark beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in keg. Behind it fruity flavor a slight hint of bitterness may be found. Alc/vol 8% 330ml- AED 60 La Chouffe Blonde An unfliterd blond beer,which is re-fermented in the bottle. It is pleasantely fruity, spiced with coriander and a light hop taste. Alc/vol 8.0% 330ml- AED 60 Maredsous 10 Triple The golden-bodied triple is redolent with a festive sparkle, complex aroma, lush body creamy head. Sweetness and fruitiness join hoppy spiciness in a balanced, long, warm finish. This is strong ale, but the balance, finish, and velvet smoothness make this 10% brew smooth and quaffable.
