White Listing & Our Beach Online Community Many email service and Internet service providers have SPAM filters to keep out unsolicited email. Due to the volume of users we have, such as all members of Beach Fellowship, Church Community Builder sends a lot of email for their church clients. This occasionally causes email service providers to interpret client s emails as SPAM. To make sure that you can receive Beach Fellowship email sent through the CCB system, you can "White List" email. White Listing means that you set up your email software to accept incoming email from a specific email address or domain, overriding your email service provider's SPAM filter. Church Community Builder uses several email addresses for communication with users. Therefore, the most effective way to make sure that you receive Beach Fellowship through CCB email is to White List the entire domain. Depending on the exact email service or program you are using, White Listing a domain may be done by entering any one or all of the following: ccbchurch.com @ccbchurch.com *ccbchurch.com In the event that your email service or program cannot White List entire domains, we would suggest you add these individual addresses to your White List: Since every email system is different, we have included White Listing instructions for a few popular email service providers below. *For further information regarding how your email system handles SPAM, please contact your email provider. You will be best served by contacting your email service provider directly for any specific needs.
