She works full time in a voluntary capacity alongside her husband who is the Senior Minister at MBM Rooty Hill Anglican Church. Sandy funds her Kidswise ministry via the online sale of her resources and the small profit she makes when conducting training events. The majority of the money raised is used to pay people contracted by Sandy to produce and edit resources, maintain the website, and assist in the marketing and administration of Kidswise. Sandy is seeking to be strategic in her use of time therefore she aims to open her training events to include as many churches in a region as possible. Pricing is based on the minimum numbers required at each session. Saturday training must be open to more than one church and have a minimum number of 40 participants. The maximum number would be dependent on the size of venue, however, a venue that holds 200 comfortably is requested. 3 P a g e

The Friday evening is designed as a more intimate evening for Team Leaders, ideally there would be a minimum of 10 participants. The maximum is again dependent on the on size of venue, although a venue that holds 40 comfortably is requested.
