3 Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analysing and accurately dividing (rightly handling and skilfully teaching) the Word of Truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Amplified It is the desire of AFCM Faith Bible College to be a channel for the knowledge of God's Word to individuals and/or churches and ministries. AFCM began offering this package to its members in 2000 to answer the need for dynamic teaching that would empower believers to rightly divide the word of truth offering subjects that are foundational to every Christian believer in order to live a prosperous life serving the Lord. AFCM Faith Bible College has developed over a number of years to provide a package that will add to any church or ministry. The subjects covered are powerful and life changing. This program is now used extensively throughout Australia, Fiji, Torres Strait Islands, Thailand, Cook Islands, Gilbert Islands, Nauru, Africa, India and New Zealand. Reverend Jim Newton s teachings are refreshingly clear and understandable. The assignments are basically review questions which have been designed to complement a busy person s lifestyle. How much a student profits from this program will be dependent on how much time is given to study, meditation and then the application of what has been learnt. The program provides for individuals to work at their own pace or for groups to meet weekly and complete the whole program in two years. Churches and ministries can decide to run the program part time or full time in which case the program could easily be completed in a year. 3

4 Packages There are four options available to meet most needs: Option 1: Structured for individual students wanting to work at their own pace. Each student receives their own set of CDs and notes etc., the completed subjects, assignments and exams are sent to AFCM for marking at the end of each course. Married couples receive a $20 discount per course. Option 2: Students meet in a group or work individually and have their own sets of CDs. The pastor or facilitator marks the assignments and exams from the masters supplied. A 15% discount applies to this option. Option 3: Students meet weekly to listen to the teaching CDs lessons. All notes, texts, assignments and exams are supplied by AFCM. The pastor or facilitator marks the assignments and exams from the masters supplied. A 25% discount applies to this option. Option 4: Students meet weekly to listen to the teaching CD lessons. All notes, assignments, exams, masters and administration documents are supplied on a CD in Word format. The group organises its own printing, text purchasing and marking of assignments and exams. A 50% discount applies to this option. Groups studying part time may elect one or more subjects at a time to provide variety. Students may elect to pay for the whole year or as per subject for Options 1-3. Option 4 can only be purchased as a whole course. All students must pay a registration fee. A Starter Pack is forwarded to you on receipt of payment for registration and initial subjects.
