EAT, DRINK AND BE MERRY Chapel Down Vineyards and The Swan have put together a Winter Wine Indulgence Package, where you will not have to organise a thing! Our party team will take the strain and make sure that all your requirements are met. We'll even sort out the mistletoe. Celebrate with the best of English Wine and nibbles that quickly turn into mouthfuls and a 3 course meal that has all the classics, made to perfection.

Alternatively we have our Choice Menu available for parties of up to 18 people.
Winter Wine Indulgence Package FEAST MENU (for 20+ guests) What better way than to celebrate Christmas than at the home of English Wine, Chapel Down You will be met upon arrival at the Winery at Chapel Down by a member of the knowledgeable Chapel Down team who will guide you and your party to our restaurant where you will enjoy a tutored tasting of the award winning Chapel Down Wines. Your Chapel Down Host will take you on a journey through the background and history of one of the country's largest wineries. You will then be advised on the correct procedure to taste wine before leading you through a tasting of 8 of the Chapel Down Wine range. After the tasting you will be served a locally-sourced 3 course meal accompanied by a glass of Chapel Down Flint Dry or Chapel Down Union Red wine. To finish a fun and informative day or night we will then serve you a cup of tea or coffee along with some home-made petit fours. Up to 18 Guests Seasonal Menu chosen on the day 20+ Guests Family-Style Feast Menu (more information in the next column) Lunch - 35 per person Dinner - 40 per person Our Feast Menu is the perfect menu for a Christmas Party as it encourages everybody to get involved in the party spirit. You will receive a selection of all of the Starters in the middle of the tables for everybody to enjoy a bit of everything. We will then serve one of the Main Course options (as preordered by the organiser) accompanied by some potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables to the whole party in a 'family-style' allowing everybody to feast on as much or as little as they like. This will be followed in a similar fashion by the dessert that has also been chosen ahead of time. The Chef's Table Choice Menu The Chef's Table Private Dining Room is the perfect place to celebrate a family occasion. The room, seating up to 18 people, boasts two large glass doors through to the main hub of our kitchen allowing your guests to watch our talented chef's as they prepare and cook your meals. A large window in the room gives panoramic views of our modern, yet homely restaurant meaning your party will still feel the vibrant atmosphere of our bustling restaurant whilst benefitting from the exclusivity of the Private Room that our Chef's Table allows. The Chef's Table also has it's own sound system and a flat screen screen television placed on the wall of the room which can be used to play a slideshow of photos, a presentation or connect to a camera that is placed in the Kitchen allowing you to personalise the room to your specific occasion.
