INNORAIL 2015 Dear Partner, The first InnoRail Budapest conference was held in the Budapest Congress Centre on 28-30 October 2013. The conference was called into being by Hungarian professionals committed to rail transport with the objective of thinking together about the present of rail transport in order to foster its future development. A total of 303 participants from 18 countries, were present at the first conference. Excellent speakers - 14 from Hungary and 32 from other countries - have offered presentations and contributed to the creation of a level of quality unknown in Hungary before. In summary, we can state that this tradition-creating event achieved its objective and created a veritable forum for an exchange of views between different professional fields of railway infrastructure, for the discussion of practical issues and for presenting novel innovative developments, tools and methods. We are hereby inviting you to participate in InnoRail 2015, the second conference of the Budapest series to be organized in 2015. Infrastructure operators from Hungary and abroad, industrial partners, designers, researchers and theoretical and practical experts are all most welcome to the conference. The location of the Hungarian capital offers an excellent opportunity for making Budapest a meeting point of railway professionals arriving from all parts of Europe where they can receive the most topical pieces of information shared by outstanding international and Hungarian experts. We are inviting speakers and participants from numerous countries of Europe but, naturally, visitors from other parts of the world are welcome too. INNORAIL 2015 Exhibition Information Exhibition stands will be located in the vicinity of the lecture halls at the conference venue. In order to ensure maximum interaction with conference delegates, the organisers plan to have coffee break spots between the stands in the traffic zone. The exhibition halls will offer a flexible stand concept either for your own stand (space only) or you can reserve a fully equipped solution (stands available from 6 to 18 m 2 ). InnoRail2013 graded sponsors will have priority selection of stand space depending on availability, otherwise first come first basis applies. A free wifi zone will be located within the exhibition area near the lecture halls to serve all delegates and exhibitors. Basic stand sizes are 6-9-12-18 m 2. Special requests and high energy consumption should be agreed in advance with the organisers. Exhibition packages are priced in EUR and all prices are net of VAT. All exhibitors (regardless of package selection) are kindly requested to register using the attached form.

EUR 950 + VAT Application and General Payment Conditions All exhibitors and advertisers wishing to apply for any of the services listed in this brochure are required to register by submitting the enclosed registration form to Congress Line Ltd. complete with an authorized signature. Exhibition space cannot be occupied unless the full amount is paid before the dates shown below. The organisers of the exhibition retain the right to rearrange the stands in case the overall concept or organisational matters force them to do so. Advertisement will not be printed if the full amount of the advert is not paid before the deadline indicated. Signing and submitting the application form is a binding agreement, provided the exhibition space is available, and considered to be a written commitment that all conditions stated therein are understood and accepted by the applicant.
