The learning focus will be on how to use mindfulness as a tool to reduce stress and to promote resiliency needed to have successful, satisfying, inpatient care management practice. The contrast between traditional problem-solving approach and a broader mindfulness approach to professional stress will be reviewed through patient stories and case examples. 1.
