TOM KINGSBURY, CPT ACE, ISSA, TRX Tom is a Certified Personal Trainer and a qualified TRX Suspension System Trainer, and Fitness, Nutrition and Exercise Therapy Certified. He has been involved in the fitness industry since a very young age. It was not until 2007 that he found his passion for helping people. He specializes in TRX, small apparatus, balance training, flexibility, and nutrition coaching. He also does specific program design for any fitness level. JAMES TOWLES, CPT NASM, LPTA James is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been training clients for 15 years. He has a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Macomb Community College. SEAN BOYD, CPT ISSA Certified Sean received his ISSA Personal Training certification in 2014. As a new trainer his enthusiasm for exercise is all the motivation you ll need to keep you committed to a fitness routine. His three years of experience teaching Youth Strength Training and Kid s Fitness has given him an edge working with teens and young adults. MIKE PRIESS, CPT ACE Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer and is pursuing his Physical Therapist Assistant degree through Macomb Community College. He specializes in weight loss and strength conditioning. Mike s philosophy is You get out of it what you put into it. SHEILA VOLKER, CPT ISSA, NETA, PUNK ROPE, SPINNING Sheila is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds a certificate for Fitness Therapy and Performance Nutrition. She is also Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, and in Spinning and Punk Rope. She specializes in getting people up and moving, increasing range of motion, strength training and incorporating creativity to help kids and adults become engaged and find enjoyment in fitness. MARK FORD, CPT ACE Mark has been a Certified personal Trainer since 2005. He specializes in individualized fitness plans and has an additional certification for developing functional fitness training for firefighters. Mark has a background in training for triathlons and has inspired and encouraged many people to reach their fitness goals. In addition to Personal Training, Mark instructs CPR and First Aid through the American Heart Association and is a local Professional Fire Fighter.
Alexandra Eagling, CPT AFAA Certified Alexandra is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor certified through AFAA. She is also has a certification from USWAW to instruct aquatics exercise courses. Alex s areas of expertise include exercising in the water, which is ideal fro people with joint problems like arthritis. She also enjoys creating workout plans for older adults.
