James Watfa Managing Director, Executive Solutions James Watfa is the founder and Director of Executive Solutions, a leading MENA talent solutions consultancy serving government, semi government and private sector businesses. With over 17 years of experience in both local and international recruitment and managed services James leads the overall strategic direction including operational growth, integration of new business models to support major market transitions and elevating team performance through innovative leadership. Prior to founding Executive Solutions in 2007, James spent the majority of his career with Hays an international recruitment firm. He held various roles initially focused on IT recruitment in the UK and moved to Dubai in 2005 to establish the GCC operations. With an outstanding record in recruitment and the passion to do more James truly believes that no challenge or idea is too big or too small and instills the same belief to the team. James holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University. 16
Aimee Toomey Director Executive Solutions Aimee Toomey is the Director of Executive Solutions, a leading MENA talent solutions consultancy serving government, semi government and private sector businesses. A highly experienced professional with 15 years in the industry, Aimee is focused on driving the business forward, by leading all recruitment activities, including Direct Talent Solutions, Tailored Talent Solutions and Nationalisation. Aimee is a vibrant and dynamic brand ambassador for Executive Solutions and, as part of the original management team, she has helped to shape internal operations including the development of policies and procedures. Prior to joining Executive Solutions, Aimee was with Beresford Blake Thomas (BBT), an international leading recruitment consultancy. Being instrumental in establishing the regional office in Dubai, Aimee managed engineering, construction and property industries for the Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to BBT, Aimee had spent 5 years with Prime Time Recruitment where she managed one of their Premier League football club branches in the UK. Aimee studied Sustainable Tourism Management at Sheffield Hallam University. 17

Wiaam Shihab Ghanem General Manager, Executive Solutions Wiaam Shihab Ghanem is the General Manger of Executive Solutions, a leading MENA talent solutions consultancy serving government, semi-government and private sector businesses. Wiaam brings over 18 years of diverse experience across multiple functions in Corporate Governance, HR, Corporate Excellence, Leadership Development and Training. Having directed major government projects focused on corporate strategy, large scale recruitment and nationalization projects, she has also led negotiations and relationships with government and private sector companies, including UAE Federal Government, Major Financial Institutions, Famous Family Businesses and Numerous Government Organisations. Prior to joining Executive Solutions in 2014, Wiaam founded Persona Human Resources and Quality Consulting. She is also currently the Head of Strategy with Bensouda Consulting, a reputed strategy consulting firm. Wiaam holds a Master s degree in International Business from University of Wollongong and BA in Education from UAE University and certificate in Thinking Strategically, Managing for Results from Harvard Business School for Executive Education. She is Secretary of the Board of Directors at Al Ihsan Charity Association and member of the Technical Committee to set up the first not-profit hospital in UAE.
