Welcome to Brinsbury Brinsbury conferencing facilities are situated in 250 hectares of beautiful rolling Sussex countryside in the heart of the South Downs. The College is easily accessed from the A29 or from the stations in Pulborough or Billingshurst. The Brinsbury campus is part of Chichester College and is located just 16 miles from Goodwood, 21 miles from Horsham, 20 miles from Chichester, 26 miles from Brighton, 32 miles from Gatwick and 48 miles from London. With indoor and outdoor areas for hire, parking and a range of support facilities and resources available, we are confident we can provide a great venue for your event.

The Conference Suite The Conference Suite has been purpose built for conferences, meetings and events. It forms part of Brinsbury s conference facilities in The Hub at Brinsbury and has its own facilities. This suite is adjacent to the car park and has state-of-the-art facilities which include wallmounted 60 inch TV screen, multimedia projector, WIFI and air conditioning. The Conference Suite offers beautiful views across the countryside and is accessible to all. Accommodating up to 25 people, it s perfect for smaller board meetings or training seminars. The North Heath Room set out for small meeting. A small kitchen, toilet and cloakroom are adjacent. The North Heath Room The North Heath Room is a self contained suite situated situated in The Hub at Brinsbury. With its own cloakroom, toilet and refreshment area, it offers delegates the perfect environment. Accommodating up to 25 people, it s perfect for smaller board meetings or training seminars. The North Heath Room has plenty of natural daylight and overlooks Brinsbury s beautiful grounds. The room has built-in AV equipment, including a built-in ceilingmounted projector, wall mounted screen, WiFi, white board and PC. The North Heath Room is accessible to all. The Cowdray Room The Cowdray Room is situated in Brinsbury House and is ideally located on the ground floor opposite Reception. This room is suitable for smaller meetings and events of up to 10 people. This room is accessible to all. The Sussex Restaurant The Sussex Restaurant can be hired for events at weekends, in the evening and during college holidays. It can seat 120 people comfortably, so is ideal for wedding receptions, dinners, exhibitions, markets, celebratory parties or award ceremonies for businesses or charitable organisations. Located next to the car park, the restaurant is perfect for those who need disabled access. Aldingbourne and Bosham Rooms can be hired separately or can form one large room, which can seat up to 120. The Limes Conference Suite The following rooms overlook a lovely lawn and monkey puzzle tree and are located on the first floor behind Brinsbury House. The lift gives easy access to these rooms for disabled guests. Rooms in The Limes are available for hire at weekends or during the evenings and holidays. The Apuldram Room can hold meetings or celebrations of up to 50 people, depending on the room layout. Doors open onto a small balcony giving a beautiful view of the gardens. The Aldingbourne and Bosham Rooms are right next door to the Apuldram room, they can be hired separately or the acoustic screen can be pulled back to form one large room, which can seat up to 120, making it an ideal space for larger events. Costs for these rooms are available on request, depending on the function and combination of rooms required. Accommodation and Other Facilities Accommodation Brinsbury Campus can accommodate up to 29 guests in a self contained wing, containing 23 single and 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding is provided, guests need only bring towels and toiletries. Outside space suitable for marquee hire Sports hall and sports field 2 car parks providing ample parking Riding stables, woodland walks, bushcraft areas and a variety of other outside spaces, all which can be hired for events such as Forest Days or Pamper Days. Room layout options explained Prices and delegate packages 2012 A number of room layouts are possible in our rooms. Theatre, Boardroom, Training Room, Horseshoe and Cabaret. The diagrams below are a guide to each layout Theatre style. Ask for the layout which is best for your event or ask us for a layout which meets your own specific needs. Training room Horseshoe (with or without tables) You have three options: You can pay the room hire charge and tell us your budget and the number of people you expect to attend. We will design a menu to meet your budget needs, or; Day delegate package Option 1 Includes: A choice of one the lunch menus below, hire of conference rooms and any audio/visual equipment. 26.00 per person + VAT Day delegate package Option 2 Includes: Full English breakfast, a choice of one of the lunch menus below, hire of conference room and any audio/ visual equipment. 28.50 per person + VAT You can pay the room hire charge and design your own menu. We will price your menu for you, or; You can opt for one of our day delegate packages outlined below: 24 hour residential rate Includes: Single ensuite study bedroom, Full English breakfast, a choice of one of the lunch menus below, hire of conference room and any audio/visual equipment. 60.00 per person + VAT Please note a minimum number of 10 people apply to the above. There will be an additional charge of 5.00 + VAT per person for numbers below 10.
