2 CORPORATE EVENTS Private Dining and Gala Dinners The Mayflower Suite at the Grand Harbour Hotel provides an ideal location for Gala Dinners, Award Ceremonies, Product Launches, Charity Events, Christmas Parties and much more. This flexible space has state of the art lighting, vehicular access, private bar and reception area and a private entrance at the front of the Hotel. For smaller events the Mezzanine Function Suites provide a unique space overlooking the front of the hotel and Southampton Water with a private bar. Team Building Located just a few miles from the New Forest National Park and with Southampton Water and the Solent just a stones throw from the hotel, the Grand Harbour Hotel offers some unique options for team building events. 5 LOCATION The Grand Harbour Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city overlooking Southampton Water. Whether you are travelling by road, rail, sea or air the Grand Harbour Hotel is your perfect port of call for a wide range of meetings or events. Leave the M27 at Junction 3 to join the M271. Follow the signs to Southampton Waterfront along the A33. The Grand Harbour is located on the left hand side after approximately 3 miles. If travelling from the M3 leave at Junction 14 to join the M27 towards Southampton following the instructions above. Southampton Coach Station is a 10 minute walk from the Hotel or a short taxi ride. Southampton Central Train Station is a 15 minute walk from the Hotel or a 5 minute taxi ride. The Southampton Cruise terminals are all located within a short drive or walk of the Hotel. Southampton Airport is 5 miles from the Grand Harbour Hotel, transfers by taxi take approximately 20 minutes. You may also travel by train from Southampton Airport Parkway to Southampton Central. The Grand Harbour Hotel offers 195 onsite car parking spaces which are available on a first come first served basis. Please note car parking charges apply. Alternative parking facilities are available within a short walk of the Hotel at West Quay Shopping Centre.
