ATP History Built in 1887, the Eveleigh Locomotive Workshop built and maintained the steam locomotives that were the backbone of New South Wales industry. Over 200 locomotives were built and at its peak in the 1930s, the workshop maintained over 540 locomotives each year and employed over 3,000 skilled workers. It adjoins the Blacksmith's Workshop and like most facilities can be tailored for your special needs.

The keynote is flexibility. All meeting rooms have telephone and network audio and video outlets for data sharing, closed-circuit broadcasts and live video conferencing. BAY 5 Rooms A, B, C Accommodating groups of 10 to 80 Bay 5 s rooms are perfect for small meetings, group presentations or breakout sessions. Both rooms offer backstage access to the Theatre. FIRST FLOOR LOCOMOTIVE WORKSHOP Room C, located on Level 1, has easy access to the balcony overlooking the Bay 4 Atrium. Bay Rooms 6A Orchestral Room Bay 6A is an acoustically designed room and is ideal for product launches, cocktails and presentations. Bay Rooms 6B Theatrette Bay 6B's acoustically designed room with tiered style seating is perfect for use as a small auditorium for groups of up to 137. Bay 7 Rooms A, B, C The corner meeting room has a balcony overlooking the Bay 8 Atrium and can be used as a space for up to 130 people or divided into three smaller rooms. Bay 9 Rooms A, B, C Ideal for concurrent conference or workshop sessions or small to medium sized meetings the three rooms can be configured for 40 to 180 people. Outdoor Areas The Vice Chancellors Oval, Basketball and Tennis Courts are great for team building activities. Set amongst landscaped gardens with BBQ facilities in shaded areas they also offer a fresh air break out option for conferences.
