PARTNER CRITERIA The following criteria are used to determine PartnerEmpower designation for Application Partners participating in the Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology Areas on an annual basis. These criteria also provide goals for Application Partners who decide to be promoted in the program. You can ascend any time during the year once you attain all the criteria required for that designation and have also met the requirements outlined in the next section. Similarly, if you fail to meet the criteria of your designation, you will be moved to the appropriate designation at the time of your annual compliance review. An interactive Scorecard will be available to help you track your progress. For all new PartnerEmpower members, a compliance check will take place at the 12 month mark starting from the time of acceptance into the program. REVENUE Mobile Computing: $100,000 Advanced Data Capture: $40,000 RFID: $10,000 Annual Influence Revenue* Minimum annual target for Motorola Solutions revenue influenced in a specific Technology Area $0 Mobile Computing: $20,000 Advanced Data Capture: $10,000 RFID: $5,000 COMPETENCY Sales Certification Application Partners are required to achieve a specific number of Motorola Solutions sales certifications for each Technology Area they are participating in. N/A 1 Technical Associate certification 1 Technical Associate certification DEVELOPMENT Tested Applications Application Partners are required to have a specific number of applications that have achieved the criteria of the Motorola Solutions Compatible program or the Motorola Solutions Validated program. REQUIREMENTS Core Requirements must be met by Application Partners participating in PartnerEmpower on an ongoing basis. For all new PartnerEmpower Application Partners, a compliance check will take place at the 12-month mark. After that, compliance checks will take place annually, on the anniversary of joining PartnerEmpower. CRITERIA PartnerEmpower program Application New Application Partners are required to complete the online PartnerEmpower program application. Existing PartnerEmpower Application Partners that decide to participate in additional Technology Areas must return to the online application to complete the Membership Change Form. Existing PartnerEmpower Value Added Resellers (VARs) that decide to also participate in PartnerEmpower as an Application Partner must complete the Membership Change Form. RESELLING AN Application Partners are required to agree that any applications they develop and promote as a member of the PartnerEmpower program must be available for distribution to customers and must be supported and maintained by the Application Partner. PROGRAM S As a PartnerEmpower Application Partner, you gain access to a set of benefits designed to assist you to drive revenue growth, enhance your applications, strengthen your market presence, and achieve significant Return on Investment (ROI) on your commitment with Motorola Solutions. Access to these benefits is tiered, with some benefits accessible only to Application Partners that have achieved status as an Application Specialist or Application Elite Specialist. This approach recognizes companies for building expertise and investing in their relationship with Motorola Solutions. Please note that Motorola Solutions reserves the right to cancel or amend PartnerEmpower benefits at any time. Application Partners are encouraged to constantly access the PartnerEmpower Portal to check for any new updates. PARTNER S A indicates a benefit that all Application Partners have access to. An indicates a benefit for which Application Partners may require to meet additional specific criteria.
