GET CERTIFIED. Channel Partners can get certified and be recognized for their competency with Motorola Solutions products and technologies. The Motorola Solutions Certification Program uses a combination of coursework and testing to validate candidate knowledge levels and award certification. The program s goal is to BUILD, MEASURE and VALIDATE these critical competencies. This Reference Guide indicates the courses offered by Motorola Solutions and explains how you can achieve Sales and Technical certifications in the WIRELESS NETWORK SOLUTIONS Technology Areas. This is an overview of the technology and the courses or course bundles, required to achieve certification in a specific Motorola Solutions Technology Area. Bundles is the term we use to describe the grouping or packaging of multiple courses in order to guide you in tracking your progress towards your certification. Bundles will guide you through the curriculum for Sales and Technical certifications in the various product paths. 22

3 MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Three ascending levels of certification ASSOCIATE, PROFESSIONAL and MASTER - enable candidates to gain recognition for increasing expertise in Motorola Solutions Technology Areas. Upon successful completion of a Motorola Solutions certification exam, the use of a Motorola Solutions Certification Badge is permitted by the individual who completed the certification. As you increase your certification levels with Motorola Solutions, you gain access to Certification Badges that recognize your expertise and differentiate yourself from other sales and technical professionals in the market. Below are examples of approved Certification Badges CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE TECHNOLOGY AREA CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY AREA CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNOLOGY AREA Look for the to identify the bundle number you can use to search for a particular certification in the Motorola Learning Management System (LMS) inside Enter APAC in the search criteria to find all of the bundles available for Asia Pacific. Prometric Exam Technical Professional and Master Certifications require the completion of a Prometric Exam. The Prometric Certified Exam(s) consists of approximately 70 to 80 challenging multiple choice questions delivered in a secure, proctored testing environment. You will have 90 minutes to complete the exam (120 minutes for ESL locations English as Second Language). There are several Prometric locations in Asia Pacific.
