Office 365 is purchased through Cloud Marketplace ( The marketplace allows partner to purchase, provision, manage and invoice Office 365 solutions with confidence and ease. Does this require a separate agreement with Ingram Micro? You need an Ingram Micro Reseller Agreement to resell Office 365. Additionally, you will need to accept Ingram Micro Cloud Services General Terms of Service on the cloud marketplace, as well as the Microsoft reseller and customer agreement once Office 365 is purchased. If you choose to resell migration services, Skykick will issue a reseller agreement at time of purchase as well. How do I benefit from this offer?
