Main respnsibilities: Demnstrate the City values f Cllabratin, Humur and Fun, Integrity, Prfessinalism, and Accuntability. As required, prvide input int the develpment and implementatin f Early Childhd Services pririties regarding trends and cncerns affecting staff and residents, gaps in service, and pprtunities fr new services and partnerships. Ensure a safe and healthy wrk envirnment fr staff, visitrs, the cmmunity and stakehlders, e.g., participate in wrkplace safety initiatives, participate in frmal and infrmal wrksite safety and envirnment inspectins and audits. Supprt planning t ensure that prgrams are ffered with full cnsideratin f the safety f staff and participants, e.g., supervisin, staff/participant rati, facility/equipment safety, emergency preparedness, reprting f ptential risk issues, cnfidentiality etc. Respnsible fr using cnfidential infrmatin apprpriately, and maintaining the cnfidentiality and security f all infrmatin related t the City. 3. Manage the develpment, mnitring and reprting f the annual Frmative 5 budget (ECDCC and United Way Grants), participate in the annual Early Childhd Services budget prcess, ensure any ptential budget difficulties are cmmunicated t the Early Childhd Services Crdinatr. Cllect and evaluate data in the frm f mnthly and peridic reprts as required fr reprting t funders. Prepare funding prpsals fr annual renewals f assigned Grants and prepare supplemental prpsals fr additinal funding fr prjects peridically as required.
