Crowne Plaza Hollywood Ball The glitz and glamour of Hollywood and the Oscars is the theme for this years Christmas celebrations at Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre. A warm welcome awaits with our red carpet and hosts. The Lounge bar will be open from 6.30pm so you can meet your friends (VIP's for the night) and maybe enjoy a cocktail or two. Christmas 2011 Thank you for a fantastic evening on Friday. The assisting staff on the evening were really helpful, the food was lovely, we had a brilliant time KPMG Our Christmas party night was a total success - the food this year was particularly good, especially the turkey! NEW YEARS EVE Night at the Oscars Dinner Dance When we throw a party, we do it in style, kicking off our Night at the Oscars dinner dance with a champagne cocktail in our stylish lounge bar, then piping our guests into our beautifully themed function suite with a traditional Scottish piper. Enjoy a sumptuous four-course dinner, after which it is time to dance your way into the New Year entertained by our fabulous cabaret and disco. Terms & Conditions Availability Please contact the Christmas Co-ordinator to check available dates. In addition to the published dates, private parties of 10 to 400 are available throughout December Final Numbers Final numbers will be required in writing at least 14 days prior to the function. No refunds will be given for cancelled places or no-shows. 9 Deposits A strictly non-refundable deposit of 20.00 per person will be required on booking. If a deposit is not received within 14 days, then your booking will be cancelled. Payments All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable towards liquor purchase. Payment in full (again strictly non refundable) must be received 8 weeks prior to the event. Account Bars All account bars must be arranged at least 14 days in advance of the function. The account must be secured by a credit card and settled on departure. Bar accounts can only be sent back to your company if credit facilities have been arranged and approved at least 6 weeks in advance. Minimum Numbers Should insufficient numbers be booked for any particular date, we reserve the right to offer alternative dates, join parties together, move parties to a different suite or cancel the event altogether. Dress Code The dress code for all events is smart (no jeans or trainers) except New Years Eve Gala Dinner which is black tie. Pre Order A menu pre order form for all party nights will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your booking which must be completed and returned 14 days prior to your party. Table Plan We regret we are unable to guarantee seating arrangements and table configurations. Please be advised that we require bookings of 10 or more guests in the Prince Suite for our Christmas parties. Parking We have our own on-site car park, which is subject to availability, we offer a 50% discount from our published tariff for guests attending Christmas parties (for the duration of the event). Guests who wish to leave their car over night will be charged 20.00 for 24 hours.
