Customers will still be able to maintain their email address and not lose information such as contacts, calendar events and attachments. However, they must go to webmail.verizon.com to migrate their account. Unfortunately, Frontier does not have any insight to your Verizon.net account and cannot assist you in the migration. No, your email address will not change. Reboot your router by unplugging the power cord from the electrical outlet and waiting 10 seconds before reconnecting. To rule out possible wireless interference, move within 10 feet of your router to test your connection. Your Internet usage could also be at capacity. For example, if you are streaming several videos simultaneously, it could cause your connection to slow down. Your FiOS Internet and Video on Demand (VOD) share capacity on the fiberoptic connection to your home.
