Job Description Part Time Marketing Assistant The core purpose of this post is to provide assistance in the Marketing and recruitment of the School. The post holder would be expected to liaise with staff at all levels as well as parents, visitors, and external agencies. Specific Responsibilities of this post are To continuously find new ways to improve the website visually and technically for a better user experience To maintain and update the website on a daily basis To take charge of Social Media channels and to source content, ensuring that all uploaded tweets are to a high standard Present a positive corporate image of yourself and the school To ensure the School itself markets and presents in the best way possible (overseeing displays etc around School) To ensure the Content Management System is updated and maintained with all enquiries and registrations Duties will include: To network with the website hosting agency with new ideas and website amendments An eagerness to learn and develop technical IT skills in order to enhance and make recommendations to improve the website.
