Learning Objectives At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be able to:»» Improve the performance of ERCP and EUS by understanding established and emerging therapeutic techniques and technologies to optimize success, reduce adverse events, and enhance outcomes for benign and malignant pancreatic and biliary disorders.»» Implement the best endoscopic treatment strategies for patients with Barrett s esophagus and colon polyps and understand the importance of the role of new techniques and technologies to expand non-surgical treatment options.»» Integrate practice guidelines and expert opinion in the identification and treatment of autoimmune pancreatitis and the prevention and management of post-ercp pancreatitis.»» Diagnose difficult to visualize polyps and treat challenging polyps along with improved recognition of adverse events to optimize treatment, manage both endoscopic and surgical adverse events, and identify surgically altered GI anatomy to enhance outcomes.
