THE QUALIFICATION TAE41010 is a nationally recognised qualification that can only be issued by an RTO. It is the entry level qualification for any trainer in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector. It enables tradesmen and professionals to become trainers. It is the qualification that almost every company includes in the requirements for any training job. The qualification consists of ten units made up of a combination of core (compulsory) and elective units. We already have it within this course. This course is not only the most current course but has incorporated the next round of changes which means it will be quite a long time before you need to upgrade again.
