Aim To develop skills to design, assess and deliver effective training through a series of 8 day workshops, activities and a workplace project. 2 Assessment Methods Recognition of prior learning (RPL) Workshop assessment tasks / activities Delivery and facilitation of a series of training sessions Conduct and validate assessments A work based training project Presentations Course Materials The Learner Guide is divided into 10 units of competency. The guides provides all necessary information to complete the assessment activities. Assessment Booklets are provided for each unit of competency. There are 10 booklets to be completed during the course. A Work based Project Booklet provides final evidence of competency. Lead Facilitator Andrew has extensive experience in designing training programmes, facilitating and coaching people in public, private and government organisations.
