By returning the signed Sponsorship Agreement Form ( Agreement ), you agree to be a non-exclusive Sponsor of ALIA National Library & Information Technicians Symposium 2015 held at Wrest Point, Hobart, 2 4 September 2015, on the following terms and conditions set out below and as attached to this Agreement. 2. Sponsorship will be confirmed only upon full payment of your tax invoice. 3. You agree to pay ALIA the full amount payable by 10 July 2015. 4. If a sponsor wishes to cancel or change the details of their booking, they must advise the event organiser in writing to alialibtech2015@gmail.com or by mail to the address on the agreement form. 5. The cancellation fees are as follows: On or prior to 10 July 2015, 50% of the total value of the sponsorship/exhibition package. No refunds will be made for cancellation after 20 August 2015 for any reason. 6. All cheques are to be made payable to Australian Library and Information Association and are to be payable in Australian Dollars. Payment can also be accepted by credit card or direct bank deposit. 7. All amounts stipulated in this agreement include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. 8. There may be limited availability for sponsorship in each category. The event organiser will notify you if the sponsorship opportunity you have selected is unavailable. 9. ALIA may, at their discretion, use your logo, symbol, trademark or registered mark in acknowledging your status as a sponsor/ exhibitor in the event literature. No payment shall be made to you for such use. 10. You agree that ALIA will provide a hyperlink from your sponsor logo on the conference website (where included as part of your package) and that you will provide a link from your website to the conference website. 11. Nothing contained in this agreement will be deemed to constitute a partnership agreement, joint venture or agency relationship between you, ALIA and/or the conference organiser and you must not do anything where you will, in any way, be represented as a partner of ALIA and/or the Symposium organisers. 12.
