About the National Conference The Institute of Hospitality in HealthCare Ltd is a not for profit Association dedicated to improving the professionalism and quality of Hospitality Services in the Health and Aged Care Industry. The National Board and State Committees comprise of professionals from within the Industry who are dedicated to sharing their passion and expertise with others through conferences, seminars and a variety of networking opportunities. Each year the IHHC hosts a National, (and at a regular interval, International) Conference, bringing together delegates from a variety of Health and Aged Care organisations. Delegates will include Support Service Managers, Foodservice Managers, Executive Chefs, Laundry and Environmental Services Managers and other professionals engaged in delivering a variety of services to the Health and Aged Care sector. With this in mind, the conference is a unique opportunity for your organisation to connect with our delegates The Organising Committee is committed to engaging with delegates through an energising and informative program of speakers, and facilitating networking and business opportunities for supporters through an extensive exhibition and a dynamic program of social events. Supporters and exhibitors will receive acknowledgement prior to, during and after the conference through conference materials and the website, and enjoy significant contact with delegates during the exhibition and social events. The exhibition will be open for the duration of the conference. The Committee asks that you take the time to consider the benefits of being associated with an organisation recognised both nationally and internationally as a leader in their field. We look forward to your participation in this premier industry event, and to welcoming you in Brisbane in October 2015. 2

Their areas of responsibilities may include; Catering, Environmental Services, Laundry, Maintenance and Porterage. In addition, a number of members are involved in the areas of Dietetics and Nutrition. IHHC members are decision makers and collectively, they control budgets worth millions of dollars. Whether choosing, dry goods, chemicals, paper goods or equipment, our members will, in most cases, have the final say. Areas of Responsibility: 51%... Food Services Management 30%... Cleaning/Hospitality Management 19%... Other Support Management The IHHC National Conference provides a forum for our members and suppliers to come together to exchange ideas, discuss the latest in Industry innovation and most importantly, develop lasting professional relationships. IHHC International Alliance The IHHC are founding members of the international alliance, which formed HealthCare Caterers International (HCI) Global Alliance. The world is a large place; however, technology now allows us to share common perspectives, common issues and address common needs with health care colleagues around the world. HCI represents over 25,000 caterers and hospitality managers in health care industries. Target Market Managers, Supervisors and other Support Service staff from within the Health and Aged Care Industry will attend the conference. Every step will be taken to ensure that exposure to the delegates for all supporting companies are optimised. We invite you to consider the supporters packages outlined on the following pages, complete the booking form enclosed at the end of the package and return your expression of interest to Mr Stuart Merrylees, Trade and Support Co-ordinator. The Organising Committee welcome your participation in this event, and ask that you contact Stuart or Kathy Manning or John Boland should you wish to discuss any aspect of the support, trade exhibition or conference. Benefits The Trade Exhibition floor plan has been designed to offer the maximum number of exhibitors excellent contact opportunities with the delegates. To this end, all morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the trade exhibition area. To further enhance exposure for you, our supporters, we are offering an opening time in the afternoon on both days to the Hospitality Industry in Queensland. The organising committee will arrange invitations to go out prior to the Conference to relevant industries e.g. Australian Hotel Association (AHA); Queensland Clubs and Pubs, Restaurant Association and other industries. Opening times for invited Industry guests will be from 1330 to 1530 hours on Tuesday and 1330 to 1430 hours on the Wednesday of the Conference.
