The Conference theme is Disruption. The 2014 Conference will be held in Adelaide, Australia, around the same time of year, May/June and we are offering interested parties the opportunity to support both conferences. This is the 13th annual conference, which has grown from 100 delegates in 2001, to a regular and returning audience of 500 plus key people in the industry. The Council is a professional association whose sole mission is to improve the places where children learn. Our members are individuals, institutions and corporations who are actively involved in planning, designing, building, equipping and maintaining schools and colleges. Currently there are in excess of 500 members in the Australasian region. The diversity of our professional membership is the key to our success. No community can build a school in isolation or without the participative work of all stakeholders. In addition to architects, project managers, school principals, business managers and educational administrators, the Council s membership also includes professionals in State Government, Catholic and Independent School systems, specialised consultants, product suppliers and manufacturers, all of whom contribute to the development of quality learning environments. 1 This conference attracts the leading designers, specifiers and clients of Australasia s educational facilities capital works projects, as they discuss the future shape of education buildings. Made up of approximately 60% architects, and 40% educators or capital officers, it offers a unique opportunity to put sponsors products and services in front of a receptive and innovative audience. During the conference proceeding there will be time allocated during the main plenary session sponsors to promote their company and products via the conference facilitator. Dual conference sponsorship packages CEFPI is developing a new and exciting sponsorship experience for the New Zealand and Adelaide Conferences. A great deal of thought is being given to ensuring our valued sponsors gain maximum benefit and exposure during CEFPI Conferences. CEFPI is proud to offer packages covering both the 2013 New Zealand and 2014 Adelaide Conferences. The format for the sponsorship is set for the New Zealand Conference however once the Adelaide program is finalised sponsorship packages may be subject to change. Companies who secure a 2-year package will be consulted on changes to the format of the program, sponsorship entitlements and opportunities that may result from these changes. CEFPI 2013 CONFERENCE 29-31 May 2013, SKYCITY Hotel, Auckland, New Zealand Conditions of Sponsorship Sponsors participate on the understanding that:- Sponsorship monies will facilitate the successful planning and promotion of the conference in addition to subsidising the cost of management, communication, invited speakers, program, publications, etc. Sponsorship exposure and acknowledgement is facilitated by credits in the conference program. Sponsorship monies are not expended on any entertainment incurred which is incidental to the activities of the conference and, on this basis, sponsorship monies are potentially tax deductible. Provision for banners, electronics and any other promotional material are the responsibility of the sponsor. Colour reproductions will, when printed, be as close to the specified colour as practical. Information provided in the Sponsorship Packages document is correct at the time of going to print. However, as the document is subject to change, sponsors will be consulted and notified of any changes prior to the conference. All sponsors will be provided with a list of all delegates unless a privacy policy is requested by the delegate. The above sponsorship packages are notional and if your organisation wishes to negotiate a sponsorship package, which better suits your needs please contact us to discuss. Travel and accommodation costs are NOT included in these packages. Attending sponsors should arrange their own travel and accommodation requirements as appropriate. 8 Day catering will be provided for up to 2 people per trade exhibition. A catering fee will be charged for additional staff. A 50% deposit for your sponsorship package is required immediately to secure your sponsorship. Upon receipt of this acceptance form you will be issued with a Tax Invoice and confirmation of your sponsorship. Balance of Sponsorship monies must be made by 15 May 2013. Cancellation Policy: Sponsorship deposits are nonrefundable as the Conference Budget is based upon sponsorship secured. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two months before the conference i.e. 30 March 2013, prior to final publications being produced.
