Rules and Guidelines Please adhere to the following policies otherwise your future participation could be in jeopardy. Only one (1) business may be displayed per booth (signage). Your Booth Representatives must solely represent the registered company. A Registration fee of $250 per person will be charged to cover each additional representative in the Tradeshow during the Tradeshow hours and during other Conference events to which they may be invited. Please register your additional Booth Representatives in advance to expedite time at Registration. Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of Registration and full payment of the Booth Fee. All exhibits must be contained within applicable exhibit space, based upon your level of participation. Portable or pop-up booths are allowed. All displays must be designed so that they will not obstruct the clear view of nearby booths. Sponsors/Exhibitors may not conduct any demonstration or activity that results in the obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to neighboring booths. Maximum side height is three (3) feet and back wall height is eight (8) feet. Music and entertainment must be restricted to the booth area and must not interfere with nearby booths. Noise projecting beyond the booth is prohibited. Name badges will be required for entrance to all Conference/Tradeshow events. Badge trading is not permitted. IHG will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property of any kind or loss or damaged articles. IHG Tradeshow Exhibitors are required to carry appropriate insurances for risk/liability.
