Materials, including tools, Learning Short-takes, models, graphics, program structure, or any information are not to be used for or within any other business program other than ID9 Level 1 Certification. Final Assessment & Certification Certificates will be awarded to participants who complete no less than five (of six) interactive distance learning sessions, completion of the final assessment to the level of the published passing score of 85%, and completion and receipt by TPC of your individual Skill Development Action Plan. Certificates will be sent to you within 60 days of receipt of your individual Skill Development Action Plan. Course DAtes 90 minute session every 2 weeks Materials Shipment All materials will be sent to you upon registration and receipt of payment for the program. In the event that you cancel your registration TPC will not accept returned program materials and all materials shall remain the property of you. Participant Cancellations All registrations are considered complete at the time of payment. You may transfer your booking to another participant no later than 14 days prior to the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations for the entire program or part thereof. Should you be unable to attend one or more interactive distance learning session you will forfeit that session/s which may impact receipt of a Certificate of Completion.
