Over the years ESTS has doubled the numbers of it's participants. The exhibition is located in the vicinity to the lecture halls. Coffee break areas will be embedded in the exhibition area, ensuring a constant flow of visitors to the company booths throughout the entire congress. ESTS is committed in offering quality services to all parties; for this reason an official meeting will be held during the conference with Industry Partners in order to obtain feedback and allow constant improvement of services provided. RATES FOR FLOOR SPACE The price per sqm floor space is 625 (minimum booking size: 6 sqm per company) including: 6-12 sqm: 1 scientific registration 13-18 sqm: 2 scientific registrations >18 sqm: 3 scientific registrations The above mentioned rate is charged for floor space only no wall separations or additional services (e.g. cleaning or electricity, etc.) are included. These services can be ordered at extra cost with the order forms included in the Exhibitors Manual, which will be sent to confirmed exhibitors in due course. INDIVIDUAL ESTS/COMPANY QR CODE: An individual company s QR code will be generated (including contact data, etc.) and send to each exhibitor upfront to be placed e.g. on the booth, every participant exchanges contact data by scanning your printed QR code 500 A limited number of HOSPITALITY SUITES is available for exhibitors only the price for the whole duration of the congress is 4,500/room. BOOTH ALLOCATION Ranking factors for booth allocation are: sponsoring level, booth size, date of booking and regular exhibitors at the ESTS; early booking is highly recommended! PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Upon receipt of the booking form for exhibition space the exhibitor will receive the confirmation and the part payment invoice of 50% of the rental sum for floor space payable immediately on receipt without discount. The final invoice will be issued 2-3 months prior to the congress payable immediately on receipt without discount. For bookings submitted within 3 months prior to the congress the exhibitor will receive the invoice of 100% (full amount) upon receipt of the booking form together with the confirmation the invoice is payable immediately on receipt without discount. All charges to be covered by the sender. SPONSORING OPTIONS ESTS School Hands on Sessions on Wednesday, June 1 st from 8.00 9.30 and 10.00 11.30. Practical skills in 6 different stations The effort to bring all new technological advances close to its membership has been a tremendous success: 3 hours intensive, practical, hands on course where delegates will have the opportunity to experience cutting edge technology on tissue in 3 different rooms where delegates will be introduced into the technology through a 10 minute lecture followed by practical skills stations, in 3 cycles of training in each group. Delegates will pick up their vouchers at the booth of the relevant industry partners on Monday and Tuesday and be introduced in the new technology in preparation of the practical skills, the ideal opportunity to get exposed to several medical devices within a workshop. The interactive tool is versatile, easy to use and includes a moderation layer. The package pricing includes support at the congress. 6,000 Pre- Programmed Notification Messages Sponsors can advertise their company, product or a specific activity during the event with a timed, pre- programmed notification message. Messages can go out to everyone or to filtered groups only. The notification can also be used as a session reminder for a sponsored plenary sessions or symposia. If personal agenda functionality is in place a link can allow participants to add the session to their personal agenda. 2,500 for 2 messages.
