Select the apprpriate File Driver fr yur schl (either TpSpeed r Btrieve). Enter a Prfile Name t use fr the cnfiguratin. Enter the Interval time at which the service is t update (the default is 60 minutes). This shuld be mdified fr larger schls; fr every 600 students, add an additinal 60 minutes. The datapath pints t the specific schl's ffice data. Enter the apprpriate SQL Server infrmatin in the DAISI Cnnectin Infrmatin fields. The SSID Prcessing Interval shuld be left as is. T use the Office Integratin tab: Lgin t STISETSWeb as an administratr. Expand Utilities Desktp n the menu. Select System File. Several tabs will be displayed. Select the tab labeled Office Integratin. This tab will display the schl s name and schl number, alng with the date f the last uplad and the name f the machine that upladed the data. Check the bx t the left f the apprpriate schl and then click Synchrnize. The date f the last update will nw be blank. The next time the Office Integratin Service is restarted, it will refresh all Special Educatin data t the selected schl. This will bring up the prfile windw. Make sure the versin listed at the bttm f the windw cincides with the mst recent release f STIOffice Integratin. If it is nt, make sure t run the mst recent update t prevent any pssible prblems. If n versin number is listed, the latest update shuld be run. Once it is cnfirmed that the mst recent versin f STIOffice Integratin is being run, the service will state that it has started.
