A. Sales Coordinator Provide administrative & sales support role to CEO Office & Investor relation dept. Liaise with potential investors via oral or written communication. Assist Investor Relation team in documents generation and maintenance including letters, spread sheets and presentations. Maintain systematic filing system and safe-keeping of important documents. Maintain company s Customer Relationship Management System, ensuring system is updated and timely generation of information/report. Responsible to ensure all work under the department is carried out effectively and satisfactorily. Responsible to ensure any information required by the department (or including other departments) are disseminated on a timely manner. To perform other duties from time to time as directed by the Supervisor/Management. CGPA 2.7 and above Diploma holder in any disciplines. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. B. Senior Executive, Investor Relations-Engagement Managing the lead generation database, initiating introductory contact to secure critical appointments for Investor Relations. Managing & tracking the lead generation exercis progress, analysing effectiveness and developing new ideas and techniques to improve the mining of the database. Managing the InvestKL Customer Relationship Management database saleforce.com institutionalize knowledge of our prospects and customers, providing the critical support in timely and accurate information management. Preparing weekly/monthly reports to the relevant stakeholders Diploma/Degree holder in business disciplines. 2-5 years working experience in the sales support environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Those who have managed a Customer Relationships Management (CRM) database would be an added advantage Communicates well in English, Bahasa and Mandarin Able to write in Mandarin would also be an added advantage A team player, analytical, able to multi task and good organisational skill CGPA 3 and above
C. Analyst - Services Collating financial and commercial information from multiple sources to formulate investment, financial and business strategies for investor engagement Matching existing incentives to the specific needs of investors and assisting them with their business proposals Liaising with relevant agencies and authorities to facilitate the approval of these proposals and assist in the preparation of cost benefit analysis papers Candidates should possess a Degree in Marketing with knowledge in Business or Economics with a minimum experience of 2 years Candidates should have strong financial modeling and analysis skills and excellent analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills. CGPA 3 and above
D. Manager, Advisory Actively participate in Client Engagement activities, along with the Investor Relations team, and understand the Client s business model and possible expansion plans in Malaysia. He/ She must be able to review and qualify the Client s business needs and propose suitable solutions accordingly. Proactively research and engage with the internal team and also external stakeholders to further validate and refine investment opportunities for the Client based on the Client s specific business needs and growth plans. Participate in actively identifying new investment opportunities. Facilitate and monitor the relevant approval process by the approving authorities. Prepare weekly/ monthly update reports for the Management and also relevant stakeholders. Involved, from time to time, in process/ efficiency improvement activities, within the Advisory Department. Involved, from time to time, in other aspects of InvestKL. At least 5 years working experience in any discipline. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have good IT skills able to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Proactive and highly motivated individual with a pleasant personality. A team player, and at the same time, able to work independently.
E. Manager, Communications Focuses on getting the word out about IKL Puts a positive spin on what IKL has to offer, highlighting its best attributes to potential stakeholders. Analyzes trends and assists in setting prices, paying close attention to what the competition is doing and trying to best it. Handle public relations tasks, by writing and distributing press releases, setting up interviews of IKL CEO and enhancing IKL s overall image. Needs to possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and an accomplished problem solver, as he deals with everyone from upper management to his staff to clients on a regular basis. Must be driven, professional, courteous, able to work well alone or with a team, and be comfortable delegating. Social media knowledge is necessary
F. Manager, Research Regularly analyse market and industry data and reports and will be up to date with recent changes in the global economy. Primary role will be to do target company research, and identify opportunities for IKL Sales team to position and propose as activities to be created in GKL or transferred from Headquarters. Able to create both financial and economic models and creates PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, he/she will be asked to assist in documenting the direction, business processes, requirements as well as structure of the organisation. Use research information to and review, validate and refine investment opportunities through client engagement and partner engagement. Your responsibilities will not be limited to validating investment proposals but will also primarily involve identifying new opportunities and shaping the client s business plan in Malaysia. Tertiary Education in Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting. Professional qualification preferred. Minimum 7 years experience. Strong Financial modelling and analysis skills Creative and innovative approach to problem solving Team player Leadership skills and demonstrates a positive attitude at work. Flexible and sets high standards for his work responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
