AIRCRAFT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST Position Code: PRAATS Provide technical guidance and support to the PAL fleet or specialty group; act as technical consultant to and for the airline in its area of specialization; focal point for all technical matters related to aircraft operation including accidents, incidents, investigations, legal issues and commercial issues; ensure Engineering policies and procedures meet the needs of Philippine Airlines and comply with Civil Air Regulations/ Federal Aviation Regulations; preserve and enhance the safety and reliability of aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment through performance of its responsibilities Graduate of an Engineering course (degree relevant to the maintenance of aircraft/aircraft components) or a 2 year aviation-related technical college education Must possess good oral and written communication skills Computer literate BUSINESS ANALYST Position Code: PRBA Responsible for identifying business automation needs, assessing the impact on the existing operational processes, capturing and documenting requirements, determining solutions to business problems and then ensuring that functional/operational requirements are delivered by IT at the same time supporting the business through the implementation process. Must be a graduate of a four- or five-year course preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or any business related course. Must have three (3) to four (4) years of exposure to business functions preferably in the areas of airline operations. Experience as a Key User in a major system implementation is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate expertise on a business process and on the application that supports it. Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking ability. Must have the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with people and manage their expectations. Must have the ability to anticipate and resolve problems.

2 CARGO REVENUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Position Code: PRCRMS To provide Cargo Sales Team with effective market strategy, updated product development and accurate leads and information regarding the industry and market competition that will help meet or even exceed the target budget assigned to the team Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Business Administration At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, with basic knowledge of Cargo Sales and Operations organization and transactions, preferably with accounting background Must possess effective oral and written communication skills Should be computer literate. Adept with various software used in report preparation and presentation Must have analytical skills CASHIER (FOR MANILA, BACOLOD, AND CATICLAN STATIONS) Position Code: PRC To receive and collect payments for carriage of passengers, cargoes, excess baggage and other miscellaneous collections; effects payment of refunds; safeguards financial assets, recording, control and deposit of all cash and checks received; monitoring of accountable forms at the counter; prepare daily Remittance Report and Refund Report and other cashiering reports at the end of every shift/schedule Must not be more than 28 years old Must be a 4-year college graduate Above average oral and written communication skills CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE Position Code: PRCMA Review, evaluate and negotiate aircraft related contracts covering aircraft projects, material procurement, maintenance & services to support the company's operations with the objective of securing the best deal for the company Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent. Must possess knowledge on financial analysis. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. One or two year work experience in the field of logistics management is an advantage.

3 CORPORATE ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR Position Code: PRCAA Functions as an in-house support for the day-to-day requirements of the corporate accounts. They are expected to gather information regarding market movement, feedback on other airline practices, and other sales leads. Must be a 4-yr college graduate, preferably business-related courses Work experience in airline reservation, fulfillment center or ticket office is an advantage Must have very good presentation, oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft applications HUMAN CAPITAL BUSINESS PARTNER Position Code: PRHCBP The Human Capital Business Partner is a key strategic role in successful and modern HR Management.
