2 Gym/Fitness Instructor Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor and initiate new member orientation and associated exercise programmes to motivate members to achieve identified health and fitness goals. Must take ownership and have strong commitment towards clients, initiate and anticipate clients needs, follow through their requests and present self professionally. Prescribe and design personal, safe and effective exercise routines and instruction to clients. Strive to attain excellence in fitness management including offering clean and fully operational facilities. Preferably with recognized Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.); candidate with degree or diploma in sport science would have an added advantage. Good communication skills in English. Have great passion for fitness. Enjoy meeting people and maintain a good rapport with members by encouraging them in regular participation of exercise programmes. Able to work shifts between 6am to 11pm. Possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics. 3 Membership Sales Consultant / Executive SGD Gross Salary l Across Singapore Have a genuine interest in the latest developments in the fitness industry and in communicating the benefits of exercise to prospects and members. Ensure that monthly membership sales target is met. As a minimum expectation, to ensure minimum performance criteria (MPC) and achieve ratios are met. Use marketing materials and support provided as sales tools in a pro-active and constructive manner to effectively maximise the achievement of sales goals. Ensure updated product knowledge at all times including all the benefits, facilities and services offered by the club. Maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge of all departments within the club. Top performing individual possessing at least a diploma. Energetic and preferably with a genuine interest in communicating the effectiveness of exercise. Actively involved in achieving sales targets. Able to give good sales presentations and tours of the club in English. Able to create interest in the club as well as selling in person face to face. Must be determined, motivated, ambitious, confident and relentless in the pursuit of sales. Dynamic individuals without sales experience are welcome to apply as intensive training and career development will be provided.

4 Customer Service Officer (Full Time) Fitness First Singapore Always demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude and deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service at all times either in person or over the telephone. To perform and ensure smooth co-ordination of Front Desk duties at our fitness club. To create a warm welcome and fantastic member experience. To handle member's administrative enquiries and issues. To handle cashing duties and account for transactions. Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification & above. Candidates with at least 1-2 years' related customer service experience and proven ability in performing basic administrative duties would have an added advantage. Must have good communication skills in English. Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office. Pleasant personality, service oriented, a team player, organized and meticulous. Able to work shifts between 6am to 11pm. Ability to follow up and be solution orientated. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics. Must have a passion to meet, greet and serve customers. Interest and passion in fitness will be an advantage.
