2015 Sponsorship Contract q Yes! Logo and/or Name Inclusion + + Show Management reserves the right to determine inclusion and placement of Sponsor s name and/or logo. + + Sponsor to provide logo upon signing of contract in an eps file, 300 dpi or greater. Logo will be reproduced in black and white at Show Management s discretion. Ballot Box Program + + Ballot Box Program is only available to exhibitors in the 2015 IncentiveWorks trade show. + + Show Management will print and distribute ballots onsite to show attendees. + + Show Management will manufacture and distribute one official Ballot Box to sponsor s booth(s) prior to the start of show. + + Trade Show Attendees will be encouraged to complete the appropriate ballot and submit it into the sponsor s ballot box (driving traffic to the sponsor s booth). + + Sponsors are responsible for administering the draw. There is only one draw per Official Ballot Box. It is the sponsor s discretion to determine the timing and method of your draw. All completed ballots in your official ballot box become the property of the sponsor. + + Sponsors must notify Show Management by August 1, 2015 what the prize giveaway will be. + + Sponsors are responsible for providing and distributing the prize to the winner chosen. Show Management will not announce contest winners. Banner Signs + + Signage will only be hung around the perimeter of the show and must be approved by Show Management. + + Banner Signs must be vinyl/cloth (heavy weight) or comparable and be a minimum of 3 x 5 and a maximum of 4 x 8 in size. + + Banner Signs must be supplied rolled. + + Show Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged signs. + + Delivery, pick-up and hanging charges are the responsibility of the sponsor. Attendee Bag + + Maximum size of sponsor s one piece of promotional material must be no larger than 9 x 12 and up to 4 pages in total. + + 2,500 pieces must be supplied to Show Management no later than August 1, 2015 in order to participate in the Attendee Bag. Promotional Pieces received after August 1, 2015 may not be included in the bag. List Rental + + Trade Show attendee list will be provided to a third party bonded mailing house only. + + Trade Show attendee list will be available after September 1, 2015 and must be utilized by the sponsor by October 31, 2015. + + Attendee List to include first name, last name, title, company and mailing address. Floor Real Estate List: IncentiveWorks provides the marketing opportunity.
