Why Sponsor? Sponsorships provide a way of broadening your competitive edge by promotion of your company and generating leads by supporting events that the business community find attractive. The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce offers many unique sponsorship opportunities that are exclusive to our partners. By choosing to sponsor you are reaching our partnership base which represents many of Bowling Green s most important and influential corporate leaders, mid-level managers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, young professionals, media personalities, educators, political figures and more. Prior sponsors have first right of acceptance through November 30. After that date, all unsecured sponsorships are made available to the full partnership. Coffee Hour Utilize this Coffee Hour to show your support of the community and the Chamber and showcase your business, products, services and employees. Coffee Hour attendance ranges from 200 to 350. Each Coffee Hour sponsor receives newsletter exclusive exposure. Sponsor will receive print space for promotion, plus space to promote its guest speaker. Total costs can range from $4,500-$7,500 A Coffee Hour sponsor receives print space in the Chamber Connection newsletter for information and promotion of its operation and employees, plus space to promote its guest speaker. The newsletter is distributed to more than 3000 representatives of more than 1300 Chamber businesses and organizations. Location and breakfast menu are chosen by the sponsor. Business After Hours Business After Hours provides Chamber partners an informal networking experience. The sponsor secures accommodations to give 60 to 150 people an opportunity to network. The sponsor provides food (hors d oeuvres) and beverages, which must be provided by a Chamber partner. Annual Dinner February Kick off the new year by joining us as we highlight the accomplishments and milestones of the Chamber and our partners. As our largest event of the year, Annual Dinner typically draws a crowd of 600+ Chamber partners. Before heading into the ballroom, the evening begins with a networking cocktail hour. Various sponsorships are available. The 2014 event will have a television news show theme with an engaging and entertaining presentation of year-in-review accomplishments and 2014 priorities. Sponsors will be highlighted throughout the program and in customized commercials based on the Seven Habits. Chamber Business on the Greens Golf Challenge June As a part of our Small Business Appreciation month, the Chamber Golf Challenge allows 120 players to network in a relaxed and fun environment. Player registration is open to the partnership and attracts players from businesses large and small. Various sponsorships are available.
