IAEA- KHNP Mentoring Program Purpose To provide prospective future leaders of nuclear power program with an overall understanding of the factors that are needed to have a safe, secure and sustainable nuclear power program To share Korea s experiences with participants from new comers to build national infrastructure (Lessons learned, Good practices) Participants(IAEA Selection) 15 from Phase Ⅱ countries Mentors(KHNP Selection) 5 mentors who recently retired from Korea nuclear industry as director or vice president and had more than 30 years experience in the industry
