Exhibitor Opportunities You are invited to take part in the (ABM) and Tradeshow of the California Building Officials (CALBO). In addition to the many benefits of participating in the ABM Tradeshow, we are also pleased to offer our Sponsorship Program. The will be held March 14-17, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina in San Diego, California. Over 350 building department personnel and industry representatives statewide are expected to attend. CALBO s ABM provides an unparalleled opportunity for industry representatives to share their innovative products and services with the leaders of California building departments. Exhibitor program will take place from Tuesday, March 15, 2016 through Thursday, March 17, 2016. CALBO s goal is to maximize the exposure and presence of all of our sponsors, vendors and exhibitors. Exhibitor Cost: The cost of the program is $1,250.00 per booth. Booth Details: 1 (8x10) booth with pipe and drape. Booth will feature table cover, display sign, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. The exhibitor floor plan is located on page 5. Tradeshow Services TriCord: All shipping for the conference can be coordinated through CALBO s drayage provider; TriCord, ingoing and outgoing. After registering, TriCord will contact you with the necessary paperwork for electricity and shipping needs. Electricity and WiFi: Electricity and WiFi will not be provided and must be requested separately through TriCord. Please note that WiFi is a sponsorship option for the conference. 2

By becoming a sponsor, you show support for the building industry and gain recognition well beyond conference attendees. The will be held March 14-17, 2016 at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina in San Diego, California. The theme of the ABM is Southern California living, sunny skies, beaches, and much more that signify the beauty of San Diego. We encourage all sponsors to consider the event theme when selecting sponsorship opportunities. Below are the sponsorship opportunities that will contribute to the success of the conference. All sponsors will be recognized on ABM signage throughout the conference, in the ABM Program and in the CALBO News. Please note that sponsorship opportunities are first come, first served. These items will be included in each attendee registration bag. ABM Program Advertisements - $350 Imagine your company advertisement in the ABM Program the one resource used by all attendees throughout the week Gain recognition and sponsor a vital conference resource. Refreshment Breaks - $500 Help us provide afternoon refreshments to over 400 building officials, building department personnel, and industry representatives who attend our Annual Business Meetings. All Refreshment Break sponsors will be displayed during the afternoon break each day. Registration Welcome Beverages - $500 Welcome CALBO attendees to the ABM with a festive, theme-related registration beverage (non-alcoholic). The Welcome Beverage will be severed in a glass featuring the sponsor s logo. This item has been a major hit at past ABMs and left attendees wanting more *Additional Sponsor Cost(s): The sponsor is responsible for the production and shipment costs of the company logo glasses and beverages. Attendee Bag Inserts - $750 One of the many highlights of the ABM is the attendee bag full of resourceful tools and other giveaways Past attendee bag inserts included padfolios, water bottles and hats. *Additional Sponsor Cost(s): The sponsor is responsible for purchase and shipment costs of their insert. WiFi Sponsorship - $1,000 This sponsorship opportunity provides CALBO ABM registrants and attendees access to hotel WiFi in the conference area during program hours.
