3 EVENT PREPARATION PACKAGE The starting point for exhibiting at PLASA Make sure you have the basics covered so you can arrive at the show ready to do business. 1. Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don t have to). Normally includes; The exhibitor manual The marketing manual Exhibitor toolkit 2. Remind you about deadlines and prices for: Furniture Electrics/sockets Flooring/Lighting Onsite catering for staff/visitors Lead generation tools Staff exhibitor badges 3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website. 4. Confirm your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication) COST: Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don t have to). Confirm and supply content for your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication). 5. Set up your personalised registration page/links (allowing you access to the pre-registration data of anyone registering for the show through your links). 7. Provide new promotional graphics for your own website and footers (linked to your personalised registration page). 8. Organise your on-site scanner, set your visitor questions and deliver your sales leads for follow up. COST: 900

4 SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGE Access a wider community through our social media support packages. Whether you just need additional social coverage or a complete campaign. Pre-written timed broadcasts relating to your presence at your chosen trade show, delivered as part of your existing social media programme, (includes text, photos* and video* broadcasts on these channels; twitter, facebook, linkedin, youtube, google+, stumbleupon, flickr, delicious, dailymotion and reddit). 5 BROADCAST PACKAGE We will deliver HTML and simple text based broadcasts about your chosen exhibition on your behalf, to your prospect and customer data. We can use your existing client or provide a new account for the duration of the campaign. The campaign will comprise two fortnightly broadcasts prior to the show and one post show broadcast. All held exhibitor data will be removed from the server and deleted, post show. *Additional charges may be incurred based on MailChimp s pricing structure for high volume users.
