3 The Bisham Abbey Corporate Package Great Hall Bisham Abbey offers not only the uniqueness of time and history but also sits in such stunning grounds that one cannot fail to be impressed. It is a superb venue ideally suited to conferences, meetings, team-building activities and special events. The 13th century Abbey located in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside on the banks of the River Thames was once home to Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. It is now a unique venue for any conference or corporate event as well as boasting superb facilities and the perfect backdrop to host private dinners and functions. Our conference rooms can cater from 2 to 90 delegates and all have audio visual equipment to assist your conferencing requirements. From smaller intimate spaces such as our Sonning Room, overlooking the beautiful grounds of the Abbey lawn, to the Great Hall, the oak panelled Warwick Room and the delightfully bright, spacious Elizabethan Room. Our comprehensive day delegate rates are great value for money. We are always happy to tailor any of the packages contained within this brochure to meet your exact requirements.

Cleves Package 47 per person Includes: Breakfast, three servings of tea and coffee, sandwich buffet lunch, presentation equipment, syndicate room usage, access to the fitness suite and a dedicated conference host. Boleyn Package 35 per person Includes: Two servings of tea, coffee & homemade biscuits, sandwich buffet lunch in meeting room, equipment (projector/screen included), mineral water. NB: All packages include provision of free pens, paper, Wi-Fi, water and mints. Private Functions The charm and character of the Abbey set the perfect scene for a private function. The historic rooms and beautiful lawns provide the perfect venue for a relaxed buffet, a sumptuous dinner, or a barbecue on the banks of the River Thames. 6 Bisham Abbey Redevelopment Works A 7m scheme due for completion by April 2014 is currently underway to transform the facilities on offer for hirers at Bisham Abbey NSC. These works will bring the outdated accommodation block into the 21st century with 50 new high quality double rooms, to enable residential conferences and events. Other improvements include new catering facilities, redevelopment of existing grass pitches and provision of a dedicated changing pavilion to help meet the growing demand for year-round sporting activities and events by the centre s many users. 7 Meeting Rooms Elizabethan Room Henry VIII Room We have 6 meeting/conference rooms available plus the riverside lawn. Each of our rooms comes with the latest audio-visual equipment to help you present and communicate in spectacular style. See our meeting room specifications insert for details of room sizes and capacities for each style of layout. Great Hall The impressive Great Hall was once the banqueting hall of Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth 1. Today it serves as the main dining hall and provides an excellent setting at evenings and weekends for private dinners or award ceremonies. Margaret Dickinson Lounge The Margaret Dickinson Lounge incorporates a bar and opens out onto the riverside lawn. It is also available for use in conjunction with the adjacent Sonning Room. Elizabethan, Warwick and Vansittart Rooms The Warwick Room with its traditional fireplace makes a great meeting room for up to 90 delegates. The Elizabethan and Vansittart Rooms are both ideal for larger meetings or small conferences. Equipped with the latest technology, each room boasts an interactive whiteboard designed to help you create, deliver and annotate your presentation with the latest infrared technology, along with a bluetooth interactive writing tablet, projector, 78 powerboard and DVD/freeview tuner. Sonning and Henry VIII Rooms The Sonning Room can accommodate up to 40 delegates. Ideal for smaller meetings. The Henry VIII room is a formal boardroom setting perfect for smaller executive meetings and can accommodate up to 14 delegates. They offer a 65 screen with the latest touchscreen technology. Use of a graphic tablet is also included to help you to communicate with an interactive whiteboard or computer through the USB port on your computer. It allows you to navigate your way through files, interact with your presentation and write, draw and annotate with the ease of using a pen while moving around the room.
