4 Debating Hall Middle Reading Room Teviot Row House Opened in 1889, Teviot Row House is designed in striking Scots Renaissance architecture which features pinnacled turrets, sweeping staircases and large Gothic windows. Teviot has a variety of rooms for hire, ranging from the historic Debating Hall, with its 12m hammerbeam ceiling and space for up to 400, to the grand Dining Room, offering panoramic views over Bristo Square, and the spacious, laid-back New Amphion Café & Bar. There are also four meeting rooms within Teviot that can be configured to meet your needs, including the Middle Reading Room with a 24 seat boardroom, table or the plush Committee Room for something a little more informal. These rooms can also be used as breakout rooms for larger functions. Dining Room New Amphion

5 Each room in Teviot Row House has its own look and feel allowing us to accommodate events ranging from smaller meetings and large corporate functions to formal banquets and stylish celebrations. Loft Bar There are six bars located throughout Teviot, including the Loft Bar which features a rooftop terrace, a Lounge that is popular for its music nights and cozy armchairs and the famous Library Bar which is open to the public seven days a week. Teviot also boasts The Underground night club which benefits from an urban character and a private external entrance. Teviot is centrally located at Bristo Square with Waverley Train Station and Edinburgh Bus Station both less than a mile away. It is also situated only 9 miles from Edinburgh Airport. The stunning clear central Dome offers the opportunity to host your event under the night sky without being exposed to the traditional Scottish weather. The Venue, with its private bar and staging, is perfect for anything from trade shows to private parties. Potterrow also includes the Dome Café and Bar, which can be exclusively hired for smaller events as well as part of a larger booking. 11 Theatre Bar Perhaps best known as the largest venue during the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Pleasance is also open year round as a live music and entertainment venue. The Pleasance It boasts a 300 seat theatre which is perfect for stage shows as well as guest speakers and corporate presentations. The Pleasance also features the Cabaret Bar with its own private bar and staging that is ideal for more intimate gigs, parties and presentations. The Cabaret Bar can also be opened onto the Theatre Bar for larger functions. Meeting Room Located at the beautiful King s Buildings campus of the University of Edinburgh, KB House has a spacious party room, two modern meeting rooms and two bars all available for private hire. The Mayfield Bar and Blackford Lounge can be hired together for larger functions or separately for more intimate engagements. King s Building House has the ideal facilities for meetings and training sessions as well as birthday parties and anniversaries. It also features onsite catering, retail and leisure facilities.
