1 Knowledge 16 Frequently Asked Questions What are the dates of the Knowledge16 conference? Pre- conference: May 15 16, 2016 Main conference: May 17 20, 2016 CreatorCon: May 19 20, 2016 ExpoNow exhibition hall dates: May 16 18, 2016 Where is the Knowledge16 conference this year? Mandalay Bay Convention Resort & Casino 3950 Las Vegas Blvd S., Las Vegas, NV I d like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount? Yes. There are two levels of group discounts available: $1,145 per person for a group of 3-19, $1,095 per person for a group of 20+. Group pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts. All registrants must be from the same organization and passes must be purchased at the same time, however, all group members need not register at the same time. What is NOT included in my registration fee? Hotel accommodations, airfare and ground transportation to and from the airport are not included in your registration fee. Pre- conference courses Each pre- conference course costs $695 per course for Early Bird pricing (ends February 29, 2016) and $895 each for standard pricing (purchased starting March 1, 2016). Yes, registered Knowledge16 attendees are permitted to purchase one guest social pass. The cost for a Guest Social pass is $300 for access to the Knowledge16 Party and $500 for access to both the Go- Live! Kick Off Party and the Knowledge16 Party. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Please refer to the conference pass rate sheet. Can I just attend the pre- conference courses? No. In order to attend the pre- conference courses you must purchase a Full Conference Pass and be registered for Knowledge16. Will I receive confirmation of my registration? Yes. Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive an automated confirmation to the address provided.

2 What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee? For online registrations, we accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express, and through April 15, 2016, we will also accept payment by check or wire transfer. If you select to pay by credit card, the registration system will prompt you for your credit card details. You will receive an automated confirmation with a receipt/invoice once you submit your registration. To pay by purchase order, conference passes must be purchased through a ServiceNow contract via order form. Please contact your sales account manager for more information. How will I receive my registration details if I paid via contract? Customers who purchase passes through a ServiceNow contract will receive an (starting mid- November 2015 timeframe) with information on how to register. What is the substitution policy? Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge but must be made in writing. Substituting registration status to an individual outside of your company will not be granted. Substitution requests must be received via from the original attendee requesting cancellation of his/her registration and include the name of the person who will be taking his/her place, as well as their address. Please send to knowledge@servicenow.com. Important Note: Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. What if I have to cancel? Passes purchased online through the registration system: All cancellations will incur a $150 processing fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to knowledge@servicenow.com and received by the Knowledge Registration Center according to the following schedule. Before or on April 15, 2016: full refund less the $150 processing fee Requests received on or after April 16, 2016: No refund (No- shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.) Passes purchased through a ServiceNow contract: Per the terms and conditions of the signed contract, prices are final and orders are non- cancellable and non- refundable. Please contact your ServiceNow account manager if you have any questions. Can I be denied registration for any reason? ServiceNow reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at ServiceNow s sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet ServiceNow s standards of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violence, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct). What is the attire? Business casual is appropriate for all conference events unless otherwise specified. What is the closest airport? Attendees are responsible for transportation costs to and from airport. McCarran International Airport (code: LAS) is the major airport in Las Vegas, NV. 3 Are there conference hotels with negotiated rates? Yes, negotiated discounted rates are available for the following hotels. Housing registration will open November Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Attendees are responsible for hotel accommodations; these charges are not included in the conference registration fee. For the main conference, arrive Monday, May 16, The Go Live! Opening Reception is Monday evening at 5:30 PM and the opening General Session Keynote is Tuesday, May 17 at 8:00 AM. Sponsors, exhibitors & booth staff should arrive no later than Sunday, May 15, 2016 to allow ample time for booth set up. The ExpoNow Exhibition Hall opens the evening of Monday, May 16, Recommended departure is Friday, May 20 after 3:00 PM. When will the final agenda be available? The agenda will be posted on the Knowledge16 website in February At that time you will be able to sign up for breakouts and labs. Please check the website periodically for updates. I would like to become a breakout session speaker at the conference. How do I do that? We are thrilled that you want to share your expertise with our attendees.
