3 EVENT PREPARATION PACKAGE The starting point for your exhibitor marketing campaign consists of three levels of support: 1. Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don t have to). Normally includes; The exhibitor manual The marketing manual Exhibitor toolkit 2. Remind you about deadlines and prices for: Furniture Electrics/sockets Flooring/Lighting Onsite catering for staff/visitors Lead generation tools Staff exhibitor badges 3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website. 4. Confirm your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication) 1 COST: Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don t have to). Provide new promotional graphics for your own website and footers (linked to your personalised registration page). COST: Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don t have to). Book your additional exhibition items ahead of the organiser deadlines: Furniture Electrics/sockets Flooring/Lighting Onsite catering for staff/visitors Lead generation tools Staff exhibitor badges 3. Confirm and supply content for your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication). 5. Review and implement the event organisers free marketing tools (Usually free banner adverts, show logos). 6. Set up your personalised registration page/links (allowing you access to the pre-registration data of anyone registering for the show through your links). 7. Provide new promotional graphics for your own website and footers (linked to your personalised registration page). 8. Organise your on-site scanner, set your visitor questions and deliver your sales leads for follow up. COST: 900

4 SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGE Access a wider community through our social media support packages. Whether you just need additional social coverage or a complete campaign programme. 5 BROADCAST PACKAGE We will deliver HTML and simple text based broadcasts about your chosen exhibition on your behalf, to your prospect and customer data. We can use your existing client or provide a new account for the duration of the campaign. The campaign will comprise two fortnightly broadcasts prior to the show and one post show broadcast. Their content will include: 1x Generic pre-populated invitation to register for the event. (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 1x Generic pre-populated follow-up to attend the show and visit the stand. (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 1x Generic post show to all scanned visitors to the stand. Basic HTML template with company logo/top banner and space for content. COST: 450* The campaign will comprise two fortnightly broadcasts prior to the event, one after day one of the show and one post show broadcast. Their content will include: 1x Personalised pre-populated invitation to register for the event (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 1x Personalised, product specific/promotional s (content to be supplied by client) 1x Personalised pre-populated reminder to attend delivered after day one of the show including link to register if not already done (through exhibitors own free registration page) 1x Personalised post show to all scanned visitors Exhibitors can choose from one of three pre-designed HTML templates into which we will place their company logo/top banner and content. COST: 650* The campaign will comprise four weekly broadcasts prior to the show, one after day one of the show and one post show broadcast. Their content will include: 1x Personalised pre-populated invitation to register for the event (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 2x Product specific/promotional s (content to be supplied by client) 1x Personalised pre-populated reminder to attend the show and visit the stand including link to register if not already done (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 1x Personalised pre-populated reminder to attend delivered after day one of the show including link to register if not already done (through exhibitor s own free registration page) 1x Personalised post show to all scanned visitors Exhibitors can choose from one of three pre-designed HTML templates into which we will place their company logo/top banner and content. COST: 850* 3 PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors must supply all contact data, accompanied by written approval for its use. All contact data will be held by Event Marketing Machine on a secure server and will be used solely for the purpose of marketing on behalf of the exhibitor in accordance with written approval. Event Marketing Machine will provide signed documentation to this effect. All held exhibitor data will be removed from the server and deleted, post show. *Additional charges may be incurred based on MailChimp s pricing structure for high volume users.

6 PRINT & ADVERTISING PACKAGE Still one of the most powerful ways in which you can connect with your customers, printed material is proven to increase customer engagement especially when used in conjunction with other channels such as and social media. Telephone call to all your VIP contacts inviting them to the show as your guest. 2. Booking of meeting or product demonstration with member of sales team. 3. Follow-up confirming their booking, (with link to your personalised registration page). COST: 300 (plus 2.40 per contact invited) 1. Personal event pre-registration completed on their behalf (through your registration page). 4. Follow-up confirming their booking and registration for the show. 5. Report on campaign to client. 7 PLEASE NOTE: The Post Show Follow-Up packages assume that you have captured leads during the show using the data capture scanners or mobile app provided by the event organiser, If you have only collected business cards, you will need transfer this information into an Excel spreadsheet for us to use. *Additional charges may be incurred based on MailChimp s pricing structure for high volume users.
