Motivate staff regarding development in order to increase level of expertise and assist patients and families to develop a sense of self care. Always promoting scientific quality nursing care by functioning as a therapeutic team co-ordinating between hospital and community and preventing medico-legal hazards. Ensuring proper utilization and safekeeping of basic medical equipments. Encourage research by assisting in regional and departmental projects always ensuring that the community needs, are taken into account.
